While previews are generally held after the completion of a building, at Social Apartment, it is customary to hold previews from the stage when the building is not yet completed. Because the building is still in an unfinished state, the appeal of these previews is that you can imagine and experience the new life that is about to begin.

In the past, dozens of reservations have been made for the first preview, and the event is often fully booked.
It is also common for rooms in good condition to be almost completely booked at the first preview.

It is also an opportunity to ask, "What kind of people live here?" and the opportunity to simulate it. In some cases, the people who actually attend the previews are the first friends you make at Social Apartment.

Let's take a peek at the actual previews by looking at some past examples.

Step 1: Experience the social apartment life at a property under operation

Many of the participants in the preview before completion have no experience with social apartments.
Therefore, we will first show you the property after its completion and give you time to get an idea of what actual living will be like.

While touring the lounge, working space, and water facilities, we carefully explain the rules for using the facility, the features of living, and the world view of social apartments that we value.

This time, the event was held at Neighbors Yoga, which has not yet opened for business.
