Proud to announce that Social Apartment is opening another brand new property, ｢Neighbors Yoga｣, in March 2026.

You may have heard of its name whenever you are on the Den-entoshi Line called Yoga Station which is only 14 minutes direct train away from the all mighty Shibuya Station.
The total of 52 rooms will allow you easy and smooth access to not only the hustle and bustle of the city center, but also the refreshing parks and greens such as Kinuta Park.

The area is well known for its balanced life environments and safe and subtle surroundings of what the Setagaya Ward has got to offer and we are excited to join such a community

LAYER―― Piles of Everyday Life, Expend Life Experience

"LAYER" is the main theme of the property which conveys notions of building up everyday life that piles up and forms one and only figures as the Earth’s crust, strata.

Three different common areas represent its theme itself and each ’layer’ presents a different atmosphere and usages.

Lounge

The first floor main lounge will create a community where naturally residents come and go where interactions and socialization among them happens which is what we strive to achieve, being connected and creative where many stories are born.

Multi Purpose Studio

The studio located on the second floor has multiple ways of usage both physically and emotionally with its ever changing shapes and forms.
You can lay out the space and furniture depending on how you wish to use it, it may turn it into a cozy lounge space where you can snuggle or become a small theater of your own perfect for a weekend movie night.

Working lounge

A calming atmosphere coming from the working lounge located on the third floor will reinforce your work performance or drag you into the world of your favourite novel designed for you to focus. How exciting would it be to transform your ideas and inspiration acquired from interactions you earned from down stairs into your knowledge and putting into your own creation. A small coffee counter within the space will definitely play your number one fan role.

It is always people who bring colours and shapes to your life. Through layering the different colours and shapes in life may create life changing moments and firm your foundation just as how the earth’s crusts are built for us to step on to as who we are now.
Neighbors Yoga aims to support your own values with privacy and stimulating everyday life filled with excitements of the unexpected.

Ensuite Toilet and Basin. Just Enough and Never Too Less of Privacy

All rooms have private toilets and basins where you can separate the common area and private space area experience. Everything is at your own pace, late night or early morning, you can always create your own rhythm of life.
Past properties had shower/toilets or basins only types, however, this is our first trial offering the 「toilet and basin only type」. Perfect way to design your lifestyle by sharing showers and kitchen facilities while maintaining your own privacy. We decided to call this, just enough and never too less of both privacy and connections which is nothing but idealistic.

The very 1st pre-open viewing is expected on 16 November (Sun.)! Viewing slots are now opened but limited!

Prior to the office opening of the property, we conduct a pre-opening viewing session where special campaigns are offered for those who apply.

We take applications for those who wish to move in from January ~ March 2026.
The latest move in date set can be until 31 March 2026.
