We have a new property opening this coming spring! We’re happy to introduce Neighbors Haneda, located just minutes from Haneda Airport, and we’re now looking for new residents.

With a total of 60 rooms, the theme of this property is “WONDERLUST LIVING, A Life Inspired by Travel.”
The concept aims to naturally bring the curiosity and excitement of travel into everyday life.

The shared spaces are designed around the motif of “travel,” evoking the calm and sophisticated atmosphere of an exclusive airport lounge.

Our goal was to create spaces that subtly shift your mood in daily life.

Excellent Location for Commuting and Business Trips: Kojiya Station

The property is a 13-minute walk from Kojiya Station on the Keikyu Airport Line.
Haneda Airport is just 10 minutes away, and Shinagawa Station can be reached in about 15 minutes without transfers, making access to both air travel and the Shinkansen exceptionally convenient.This location is ideal for those who travel frequently for work or for the ones who adore get-away trips!

The area around the station also has plenty of supermarkets, drugstores, hardware stores, while the nearby shopping streets feature local shops such as butchers, fishmongers, and fruit and vegetable shops.

Additionally, JR Kamata Station is about 12 minutes away by bicycle, offering easy access to Kawasaki and Yokohama.

■Lounge

This space is approximately 100㎡ and is designed to accommodate dining, work, socializing, and relaxation.

The kitchen area features four cooking stations, each with generous workspace and sinks.
Residents can choose between two types depending on their mood:

Open stations, ideal for cooking and chatting with other tenants.

Back stations, perfect for focusing alone.

In the evening, low lights illuminate the open kitchen counters, creating a relaxed, bar-like atmosphere, a place to decompress at the end of the day.

■Working Lounge

A versatile space that functions as a working lounge during the day and a relaxing lounge at night.

In addition to box seats for focused solo work, there are sofa seats where you can work comfortably in a more relaxed posture.

For online meetings and calls, there are two private phone booths available.

A coffee counter is also provided, allowing residents to refresh themselves or work in a café-like environment whenever they like.

The sofa area is equipped with adjustable lighting, and by lowering the large screen, the space can also be used as a theater area.
