Report on the 1st pre-completion preview of Neighbors Yoga

Neighbors Yoga" is scheduled to open next March.
Thankfully, we have received many inquiries immediately after the release of this information.

On Sunday, November 16, the first pre-completion viewing was held.
On the day of the event, 45 people attended, of which 38 people applied, and the rooms are already filling up at a pace to be full by the end of the year...!

Many of the participants had lived in social apartments before. The preview gave us a glimpse of the new community, as people naturally engaged in conversation with each other even though they had never met before, while looking forward to the new community.

This article reports on such a pre-completion preview.

(1) Introducing social apartment living at "Neighbors Saginuma," a property currently under operation

On the day of the event, we first gathered at "Neighbors Saginuma," which is currently under operation.
The purpose of this event is to give you an idea of life in an actual social apartment before you see the site before it is completed.

The event was held in two sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, with more than 20 people attending each session.
First, in the multi-purpose room, a presentation was given on the concept of social apartments and daily life.

After that, we took the participants on a tour of the common areas where the residents live and their rooms.
The tour was a great opportunity to see residents cooking in the kitchen and exchanging light-hearted greetings in the lounge, giving the participants a more realistic picture of what life will be like after moving in.

(2) Refreshments and break time

Since this preview was a long event, we prepared light refreshments.

The participants, who were a little nervous at the beginning of the preview, were able to enjoy conversation and naturally interact with each other during the refreshment break.

Even those who were a little nervous at the beginning of the preview had a chance to start talking and smiling naturally as a result of the light meal.

This is one of the best parts of pre-opening previews. I remember you were sitting diagonally in front of me at the preview, right? and it may become a conversation starter with your future friends.

3) Q&A time with residents

In the afternoon session, two residents held a talk session.
What is the actual community like? What is the sense of distance? What is the actual atmosphere of the community?

The participants listened attentively as they spoke in their own words about their reasons for moving in, memories that remain in their hearts, and how they spend their days at the social apartment.

(4) Explanation of "Neighbors Yoga" by development staff

Next was an explanation of "Neighbors Yoga," which caught everyone's attention the most.
The development manager gave a detailed explanation of the property's theme, the design of the common space, and the thought and ingenuity that went into it.

It was impressive to see the level of concentration of the participants.

(5) Move to Neighbors Yoga under construction

From Neighbors Saginuma to Yoga, participants traveled by bus.

During the bus ride, the participants were looking at the materials and discussing which room they would like to live in, or they were discussing with other participants they met at the preview. They looked both excited and confused.

During the guided tour of the construction site, panels showing images of the completed kitchen and lounge were used to explain in detail how the empty space would be transformed into a common area.

Although the tour was conducted in consideration of safety, everyone was very interested, and it seemed to be a special experience like a social studies field trip.

The last part of the tour was a tour of a model room that had been prepared for this event.

It was impressive to see how the participants were able to further develop their images of living in the rooms, asking where they would like to place their existing furniture and how they would like their rooms to look like.

(6) Application Procedure

This is an important process to select a desired room.
Everyone took their time to think about the process, but it seemed that they had given it a lot of thought during the preview, and after the event was over, applications poured in one after another.

We received applications from many people both in the morning and afternoon, and the number of rooms remaining was less than 15.
Despite the fact that it was the first preview, the response was extremely strong.

Neighbors Yoga is gradually taking shape.

This was a special preview where we were able to share with the participants the "anticipation of a new life" that can be experienced only before the building is completed.
