In March 2026, a new social apartment building, Neighbors Yoga, will be born. In advance of its opening, we have started accepting reservations for "pre-completion previews.

Social Apartment's pre-completion preview is a preview where we explain the life of Social Apartment at the property under operation and show you the property before it is actually completed. (*Safety is taken into consideration.)

While previews are generally held after the completion of a building, at Social Apartment, it is customary to hold previews from the stage when the building is not yet completed. Because the building is still in an unfinished state, the appeal of these previews is that you can imagine and experience the new life that is about to begin.

In the past, dozens of reservations have been made for the first preview, and the event is often fully booked.
It is also common for rooms in good condition to be almost completely booked at the first preview.

It is also an opportunity to ask, "What kind of people live here?" and the opportunity to simulate it. In some cases, the people who actually attend the previews are the first friends you make at Social Apartment.

Let's take a peek at the actual previews by looking at some past examples.

Step 1: Experience the social apartment life at a property under operation

Many of the participants in the preview before completion have no experience with social apartments.
Therefore, we will first show you around the property to give you an idea of what it is like to live in a social apartment.

We will explain in detail the rules for using the facility, the characteristics of the lifestyle, and the world view of social apartments that we value, while giving you a tour of the lounge, working space, water facilities, etc.

Since pre-completion properties do not yet have any furniture, touring the actual common areas will give you a concrete image of what life will be like after the property is completed.

You may also happen to see the residents using the lounge and chatting with each other. This is a valuable opportunity to imagine what it will be like after you move in.

Step 2: Q&A session with current residents

What kind of people live here? Do you have any problems living here? How often are events held? Talk session with current tenants is a great opportunity to directly ask questions such as "What kind of people live here?

We welcome current tenants as guests for a Q&A session, during which they share their real experiences.

We mainly ask questions that we received in advance, such as the atmosphere of social interaction, frequency of events, and usability of the water facilities. This is a rare opportunity to hear the "real story" that can only be told by those who have lived in the house.

Step 3: Move to a property under construction

After that, it is time to move to the property under construction. Since there will be a large group of people, you may be transported by bus. At the pre-completion preview of Terminals Shin-Osaka, we took a bus to the property under construction.

Since the space was not yet completed, staff members carefully explained the before-and-after details using perspective drawings and floor plans.

The charm of this preview is that you can have a special experience as if you were a member of the project.
