While viewings for typical new-construction properties are usually held after the building is finished, it’s customary for Social Apartment to host viewings even while renovation work is still underway. The appeal of this event lies in the fact that, precisely because the property is still under construction, you can get a feel for it while imagining the new life that’s about to begin.

In the past, we’ve had dozens of reservations for the first viewing, and units have sold out immediately after information was released.
It’s also common for the most desirable units to be snapped up almost entirely during the first viewing.

Also, since tours generally involve large groups, it’s a great opportunity to get a sense of “what kind of people will be living here?” It’s not uncommon for residents to run into someone they sat next to during the open house after moving in, have a lively conversation about their time there, and become friends.
