Neighbors Yoga has a three-story structure with a lounge on the first floor, a multi-purpose room on the second floor, and a working lounge on the third floor. The space is designed to allow for different use of "input" and "output" depending on the situation.

The greatest feature of Neighbors Yoga is that you can choose the "floor" that best suits your mood or purpose in your daily life, such as "I want to concentrate today, so I'll go to the workspace," "I want to talk with someone, so I'll go to the lounge," "I want to watch a movie in comfort, so I'll go to the studio.

1F: LOUNGE - A place for input/output that serves as the foundation of the community

This spacious lounge of approximately 100㎡ is the foundation of the community. It is designed as a space where input and output can mix.

The spacious kitchen is located on the left side of the door. It is a space where you can cook while conversing with someone or communicate with several people over drinks.

On the other hand, there are also three closed kitchens for those times when you want to enjoy some alone time. The kitchens are designed for those times when you want to concentrate on cooking alone or quickly heat up a meal in the microwave without worrying about how to communicate.

Each kitchen space is spacious, making it the perfect space for those who want to enjoy cooking in earnest or for baking pastries with many ingredients.

The dining table for 10, which serves as a hub of communication, is perfect for everyone to dine together or for multiple people to gather. Of course, it is also equipped with power outlets for a comfortable work environment.

The L-shaped sofa space is perfect for enjoying movies, sports, or games on the large 65-inch TV, or chatting all night long with a drink in hand. It is designed to be used for dining, working, relaxing, or any other occasion.

The partition separating the sofa space from the box seats in the back was designed to resemble leaves that have fallen in the rain, piling up and gradually forming a geological formation. While cutting off the line of sight, the partitions are designed to maintain light and continuity of space.

Box seats for one person or a small group of people are installed near the windows.
The layout was designed to be easy to use no matter what mood you are in, whether you want to concentrate for a moment or have a quiet meal alone.

For this project, we asked art creator Generation-X Co., Ltd. to supervise some of the property's art. （We are also planning to install an impressive artwork on the far wall of the lounge (not shown in the image perspective). Please look forward to its completion!

2F: MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM - A place to share and output your favorite things

The multi-purpose room design is inspired by the property's "LAYER" theme.

The soft carpet and curves of this space do not limit the use of the room, but rather allow the user to rearrange the cushions and furniture to suit their mood and purpose.

The walls are covered with large mirrors so that yoga and muscle training can be done while checking one's form. In the evening, a projector can be lowered to enjoy watching movies.
By simply adjusting the lighting and slightly changing the arrangement of the furniture, this space offers a wealth of possibilities for how you want to spend your time.

The distinctive design of the wall in front of the entrance, in colors reminiscent of layers, is a cushion block that can be removed at will. It is not just a design, but a device that is both playful and practical, and this is another example of the development team's attention to detail.

There is a theory that the name "Yoga" comes from a dojo called "Yuga," which was established in the early Kamakura period (1185-1333). It is believed that the word "yoga" became "yoga" and the name "Yoga" took root.
It might be a good idea to start yoga at such a place with such a connection.

3F: WORKING LOUNGE - A place for focused input

The working lounge on the 3rd floor is designed as a space for input, where you can concentrate on remote work, reading, etc. Unlike the lounges on the 1st and 2nd floors, it has a relaxed design like a stylish book café.

Social Apartment's working lounge is characterized by the large work space at each seat. It is designed to be easy to use for spreading out materials or working with dual monitors.

Three semi-private box seats are also available for relaxing while maintaining a moderate sense of privacy. When you want to concentrate completely, the booth seats in a fully private room are ideal for those who are not concerned about their surroundings.

A compact coffee counter is also set up in one corner of the space, where you can carefully drip your favorite beans while you work or study, and the rich aroma will help you switch off your thoughts.

Yoga also has a roastery that carries delicious coffee.
