What's Social Apartment?", an event first held in Osaka in February and very popular in Tokyo, will be held in Osaka in March due to its popularity!

In the midst of the diversification of housing styles, what is a "social apartment"? We will hold "WHAT's SOCIAL APARTMENT", an individual consultation and talk session event on March 9, 2023 in Osaka to answer these questions.

The February meeting was attended by nearly 20 people, many of whom decided to move in after participating in the preview.

The venue this time was Neighbors Esaka, which just opened in October 2023.

We invited residents to participate in a Q&A session where they could ask questions such as, "What's it like to actually live here? The event was also an opportunity to take a tour of the social apartment and experience the various facilities in the property.

If you apply for a long-term plan (1 year or 2 year plan), the rent will be reduced by 8,000 yen/month from the regular monthly fee.

Normally, rent is due 4 weeks after application, but participants of this event can delay the due date until May 6.　*Limited to 4 properties in Kansai
