First Social Apartment Arrives in Osaka city — Terminals Shin-Osaka Opens August 2025

Opening this August 2025, TERMINALS Shin-Osaka is making its debut as the very first social apartment in central Osaka—and it’s our fifth one to land in the Kansai area!

This property features 69 rooms and offers a variety of shared spaces that take solo living to another level, including a spacious 150m² lounge, two workspaces designed for focus and relaxation, and even a basement bar where residents can enjoy after work.

The concept of the building is “Yoru-michi” — making meaningful stops along life’s journey. With this spirit, we are now accepting applications for its first residents!
