Report on the first pre-completion preview of Terminals Shin-Osaka
The memorable first pre-completion preview was held at Terminal's Shin-Osaka, scheduled to open in June 2025! Thankfully, we have already received many inquiries since the information was released. The first preview was held in two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and we received applications for 15 rooms.
Those who applied seemed to enjoy the interaction among the participants with high expectations for the new community.

(1) Start at Neighbors Esaka, a property under operation! Introducing the social apartment lifestyle
The preview begins with a gathering at "Neighbors Esaka," which is currently under operation. The purpose of this event is to give you a concrete image of life in an actual social apartment before visiting the construction site, which is still empty.
First, a presentation was given in the lounge on the concept of social apartments and the style of living. We explained basic information about what a social apartment is and what kind of life awaits you.
After that, we showed them the common areas, rooms, and kitchen. As it was lunchtime, residents were cooking in the kitchen and greeting each other before going out in the lounge, giving us a glimpse of their actual daily lives, which we believe gave us a more realistic image of their lifestyle.
(2) Lunch break
Since this preview was a long event, lunch was provided for all participants in the morning session. The participants, who had been a bit nervous at the beginning of the preview, were able to start a lively conversation and naturally interact with each other over lunch. This is one of the best parts of pre-opening previews. I remember you were sitting diagonally in front of me at the preview, right? and it may become a conversation starter with your future friends.
(3) Q&A time with tenants
I know a lot about the property, but what kind of atmosphere is the actual community like? What kind of distance do the residents have with each other? To answer these questions, we invited two good friends of ours, Rio and Yuma, who live in Neighbors Esaka, to speak with us!
They spoke candidly about why they decided to move into a social apartment, their most enjoyable memories, and their experiences living in a social apartment. The number of participants was more than we had expected, and the participants seemed a little nervous before the talk session started.
(4) Introduction of "Terminals Shin-Osaka" by the development staff
The development manager directly explained about "Terminals Shin-Osaka," which was probably the topic of most interest to the participants. The information about the particulars of the development and how it will help them imagine their lives after moving in was so fascinating that it kept the participants glued to their seats.
(5) Move to Terminal's Shin-Osaka under construction
The transfer from Neighbors Esaka to Terminal's Shin-Osaka was by bus. It was a bit like an excursion.
And finally, a rare opportunity to step into a property under construction. Using image panels to explain the "before and after" of the kitchen and entrance, the tour participants were able to get a concrete image of how the still empty space of the construction site would be transformed into a common area.
The layout of the lounge and each room, the design concept, how it connects with the surrounding environment.... Because the space has not yet "taken shape," it is easy to visualize yourself living there, which is one of the interesting aspects of pre-completion previews.
Although we were careful to ensure the safety of the participants, many of them expressed surprise and anticipation, saying, "I didn't know this space was going to be like this! and their expressions became much more positive. It was a special experience, just like a social studies field trip.
(6) Application
This is a precious opportunity to choose your first choice from among the many rooms available. Everyone was eager to choose, but by the end of the preview, it seemed that everyone had a relatively good idea of what they wanted, and applications were received one after another.
This was the report of the first preview before completion.
We recommend this event, which is only possible before completion, to those who are a little nervous about suddenly previewing a completed house or who have a hard time visualizing what it will be like to live in a house. We plan to hold more previews in the future.
This is an opportunity to experience a property that no one has lived in yet, and to experience the opening member who will create the culture of the property.
