Three numbers that led to the early full occupancy, as seen in the applicant survey

The unusually early full occupancy of Neighbors Yoga, 2.5 months ago, is thought to reflect the changing values of today's young adults in choosing a home. A survey conducted on applicants for Neighbors Yoga revealed the following factors

1. 67% of applicants inquired on the same day they saw the opening information, and 82% had high expectations for the experience of "creating a community from scratch.

We found that 66.6% of applicants inquired on the same day they received information about the opening.
In addition, 81.8% cited "the timing of the opening of a new property" as the primary reason for their decision to apply.
