Our pre-opening tours are always very popular, most new properties are fully booked before their official opening.
Especially rooms with great sunlight or corner layouts tend to be reserved quickly.

【What is a Pre-Opening Tour?】

This special tour gives you a deeper understanding of life in a Social Apartment.

We’ll first introduce the lifestyle concept at an operating property, Neighbors Saginuma, to show you what daily life in a Social Apartment looks like.
After that, we’ll take you to the construction site of Neighbors Haneda, where you can see your potential new home before it opens.
(All necessary safety precautions will be taken)

You’ll also have the chance to meet others who may become your future neighbors.
Since everyone joining will be an opening member, it’s a great opportunity to start from a completely flat, open community, one of the biggest advantages of moving into a brand-new property!

Meeting Point: Neighbors Saginuma (4-13-1 Saginuma, Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa)
