What is "Neighborland," the resident-only app?

Neighborland is an app for tenants that can be used from the time they move into a social apartment to the time they move out. There are three main functions available: communication, payment, and support. Let's take a closer look at each function in detail, while describing how each function is utilized.

(1) Communication function

Communication is one of the best parts of a social apartment. Neighborland" not only supports offline communication, but also allows you to enjoy online communication.

Profile

The "Profile" is registered by all tenants. It is a tool that allows you to get to know the tenants who live in the same property as you, as well as to get to know yourself. You can also tag people, so you may be able to find people with the same interests or find unexpected commonalities. We encourage you to enhance your profile and use it as an opportunity to interact with others.

The "Circle" function allows you to connect with approximately 3,000 other Social Apartment residents based on your hobbies and interests. You can search for and join circles based on your hobbies and interests, such as running, reading, watching movies, etc., within the application.

You can join an existing circle or start a new one yourself. More than 100 types of circles are active, including board games, sauna, mountain climbing, and more. You can expand your search for hobby friends to about 3,000 people living in different properties.

Flea Market

A platform that allows users to casually list unwanted furniture, appliances, and sundries for sale and match them with people who want them. You can directly receive and deliver items within the same property, so there are no fees or shipping hassles. Through the circulation of goods, it is also possible to create exchange.

Circulars

This function can be used when you want to inform all tenants of something, such as an event notice or a reminder of good manners.

Payment function (SA Pay)

There are many opportunities to split a bill when living in a social apartment, such as on a trip or at a meal together. SA Pay" is a system that makes it easy for residents to exchange money with each other. There is no need to register or charge credit cards. The amount paid by "SA Pay" is settled together with the rent debit for the month following the month of payment.
