Business Alliance
JR West and Global Agents formed a business alliance in July 2018 with the aim of improving the attractiveness of the region by creating facilities that propose new lifestyles along the JR West rail line.
Following TERMINALS Takatsuki, which opened in October 2018, and TERMINALS Ibaraki, which opened in June 2019, the third project will be a social apartment in the Shin-Osaka area.

TERMINALS Shin-Osaka is the third project following TERMINALS Ibaraki, which will open in June 2019. The project has now opened for business.
It is a 9-minute walk from Nishinakajima-Minamikata Station, one stop on the Midosuji Line from JR Shin-Osaka Station, which is also a stop on the Shinkansen Line. The property is also within 15 minutes' walk of Minamikata Station and Juso Station, making a total of four train lines available.
