Social Summer Outing 2023, an annual joint event for all properties in the summer [Event Report].

Social Summer Outing is an annual event at Social Apartments, where we usually have fun with other residents who live in the same building, but we also have many people who want to meet other Social Apartment residents! We have received many requests for this event. In response to this desire, the concept of Social Summer Outing is to have a summery event where people can interact with each other across property boundaries.

The theme for this year's event has been decided and preparations are underway for the 2024 event! Our staff attended the event on July 22, 2023, and would like to share with you what it was like last summer!

The first event after After CoronaIn 2023, when summer festivals and festivals have been revived in various areas, Social Apartment will also revive large-scale interactions between properties! So the theme for 2023 is "Summer Festival"!
From yo-yo scooping, Senbon-drawing, target shooting, and other stalls to stage performances by residents, the Summer Festival for Social Apartment residents only was a fun event that brought back childhood memories! As in the previous year, this event was planned jointly by the resident secretariats, and was created by taking advantage of the various skills and hobbies of the residents.

A team of organizers making the most of their individual strengths

Social Apartment, where about 3,000 people live, is home to people of various occupations and ages. Therefore, we recruited a team of organizers who can make the most of their skills to make this "an event by Social Apartment residents for Social Apartment residents".
We have recruited people who are good at stage performances and emceeing, people who are good at designing posters and other materials, and people who are good at photography.

The team was very busy for about two months, holding meetings after work and in between! Despite the many hardships, we worked hard together with a common desire to "love social apartments" and "have a good time with everyone. Preparation for the day was a bit of a slog, but the sense of accomplishment we felt after completing all the work was very special.

Stalls that brought back childhood memories

Whether you attended alone or with your usual group of good friends, we wanted you to have fun and meet new people! That's why BINGO cards were distributed at the reception desk.
In order to find people who fit the keywords listed in the squares, you have to call out to them! You can naturally talk to anyone, so it's a great opportunity to interact with each other.

Stage performance with great excitement

Two bands performed! All of the band members are made up of Social Apartment residents. Some of them started music after moving into Social Apartment. It is a good thing that Social Apartment is a place to find new hobbies and friends.

Record number of participants at the Summer Festival

This year we had a record number of participants with about 160 people in total.

We want to participate in this event because we live in Social Apartment! and the large event was a great success, giving people a greater sense of what Social Apartment is all about.

We are looking forward to next year's event!
