Residents only] "HOTEL GRAPHY Shibuya" held a trial stay before opening.
Global Agents, Inc. started with the start of social apartments and is now in its 19th year of operation.
Today, weare developing lifestyle businesses such as restaurants and coworking spaces, with our two core businessesof social apartments and lifestyle hotels "LIVELY HOTELS".
Our social apartments offer "the experience of meeting people and expanding your world. We have incorporated this value, which can only be experienced by living there for approximately two years, into our hotel and restaurant services by changing the balance of time, number of people served, and depth of experience, so that we can reach more people in exchange for shorter service times.

HOTEL GRAPHY Shibuya, Global Agents' twelfth hotel, opened in the Shibuya Bridge, which was built on the site of the former Tokyu Toyoko railway line to connect multiple generations and cultures.
We held a two-day and one-night trial stay for social apartment tenants, who experience "the experience of meeting people and expanding their world" on a daily basis, to check the hotel facilities, functions, and services before welcoming general guests, a bit like a related party, as well as to interact with other properties.
I would like to share with you the scene of the event with plenty of photos.
15:00 Check-in
One by one, residents began to arrive and check in for their accommodations.
For the part-time staff, this was their first time dealing with guests. With a sense of freshness and nervousness, they gradually become accustomed to the operation.
About 100 residents who were selected for this trial stay, including those who have stayed at our lifestyle hotel "LIVELY HOTELS" and those who live in the Kanto area and are new to hotel stays in Tokyo, will receive their room keys.
After leaving their luggage in their respective rooms, private or dormitory, it was time to explore the building.
In the guest-only shared lounge on the top floor, residents are quickly beginning to interact with each other.
17:00 Free Beer
Every day from 17:00 to 18:00, the hotel offers free beer.
For this tasting-only event, LIVELY HOTELS original craft beer was enjoyed.
Since they share the commonality of "living in a social apartment," residents quickly become closer to each other during the usual interactions between properties, and on this day, too, they quickly became friends and talked about each other's properties and exchanged contact information. They quickly became acquainted with each other, talked about their properties, and exchanged contact information.
This free beer time is also the moment when guests tend to get closest to each other in the actual hotel, as they become friends and go out to eat together, or spend the rest of their trip together.
21:00 Dinner
Dinner is served at "Graphic Grill & Bar" located on the first floor of the hotel.
This diner, where you can enjoy morning breakfast, lunch, café, dinner, and bar even if you are not staying at the hotel, offers modern American cuisine that will tickle your curiosity as an adult based on the concept of "playing with multiplication.
This time, we have prepared a sharing style course exclusively for the trial stay for those who wish to try it.
The menu includes salads and grilled salads, spare ribs and lamb loin, using lots of colorful vegetables carefully grown by natural farming methods.
The slow-cooked vegetables are surprisingly sweet, while the meat grilled over high heat retains its smoky, juicy texture and is full of flavor.
The lively time was spent socializing at each table while enjoying the food and drinks, including cocktails made with coffee from SOL'S COFFEE in Kuramae, which also went well with the meal.
Even in the guest lounge, there was a scene of social interaction similar to that of a shared lounge in a social apartment.
However, unlike social apartments, the space is not large enough to accommodate a large number of people, and many residents said that there was not enough space for socializing! However, unlike social apartments, it is not a large enough space for a large group of people to socialize. This is indeed a unique opinion of the residents.
They enjoyed the time together over food, drinks, billiards, and deep socializing.
7:00 Morning
A quiet morning in the east Shibuya area.
This hotel has a long, narrow shape with a gentle curve along the old Toyoko Line tracks.
The curved side of the building faces east, and the glass windows on all sides allow the pleasant morning sun to shine in and create a refreshing atmosphere.
Breakfast people each left their rooms and came to the diner, gradually bringing back a pleasant buzz.
Eggs Benedict made with focaccia, French toast with black doughnuts to be enjoyed with fruit, and power chicken salad with colorful vegetables will energize you for a new day.
11:00 Check-out
Pack your bags in your room and check out.
We hope you have enjoyed your stay at the hotel by taking your time to meet the late check-out time....
There were some Kansai Social Apartment residents who took the bullet train to come here for this day, but most of them are from Kanto, so we are looking forward to getting together again soon, visiting each other, and exchanging more in the future.
After the trial stay, we received honest opinions and feedback, many of which were ideas that we can apply to future operations, making this a great opportunity to learn.
Living in Social Apartment, we sometimes have the opportunity to be in a position where we can interview and photograph residents, invite them to events, and hold sleepovers for them. We hope you will enjoy them.
We are also offering hotel discounts to all residents throughout the year!
Finally, since this trial night was a great opportunity for many residents to get together, we threw a few questions at them.
What are your reasons for moving into a social apartment?
What is your favorite way to spend time in the common areas?
What is your fondest memory of the community?
In the common areas of Social Apartment, you can spend your time loosely connected to each other, enjoy socializing, or plan events and enjoy your adult youth at its best. The way you use them is as varied and free as the number of people who use them.
At this trial stay, although I focused on the interaction in this article, it was wonderful to see people using the hotel in their own ways, such as working on their computers in the lobby or simply enjoying their hotel stay.
Once again, thank you very much to everyone who participated.
