As the year comes to an end, Social Apartment is heading into the busiest moving season of the year: January through March.

If you’re thinking about moving during this busy period, we’ve put together five key points to help you plan ahead with confidence, covering everything from our year-end holiday schedule to special campaigns and important notes about property tours.

【Year-End & New Year Holiday Schedule】

① Notice Regarding Holiday Closure and Property Tours

The Social Apartment office will be closed from Sunday, December 28, 2025 to Saturday, January 3, 2026.

During this period, property tours and inquiries will not be available.
We will respond to any messages received during the holidays starting Sunday, January 4.

Please kindly note that the slots for tours, especially on weekends, tend to fill up quickly from early January through the second week.

Some properties may offer tours only on predetermined dates published in advance. Please check each property page for details.

Weekday tours and individual arrangements may also be possible for properties without scheduled tour dates, so feel free to contact us.

② About the Moving Peak Season

At Social Apartment, the period from January to March is our busiest moving season. Popular properties often fill up early, sometimes as soon as January, and campaign benefits may be reduced as March approaches.

For the best availability, we recommend scheduling tours and applying as early as possible.

③ Important Request for Tours:Limit of One Tour per Person

We offer property tours so you can see actual living spaces used by our residents.
However, a high number of tours can affect the daily lives of current residents.

For this reason, we kindly ask each visitor to select one property and limit tours to one property per person.

If you haven’t decided on a property yet, you can complete a short pre-tour questionnaire, and our staff will recommend options that best fit your preferences.
