Social Apartment's pre-completion preview is a preview where we explain the life of Social Apartment at the property under operation and show you the property before it is actually completed as well. (*Safety is taken into consideration.)

While previews are generally held after the completion of a building, at Social Apartment, it is customary to hold previews from the stage when the building is not yet completed.

Because the building is still in the unfinished state, you can imagine and experience the new life that is about to begin - this is the charm of these previews.

In the past, dozens of reservations have been made for the first preview, and the event is often fully booked.
It is also common for rooms in good condition to be almost completely booked on the first day.

It is also a great chance to see what kind of people live in the house! This is a good chance to simulate the kind of people who live in the area! It could be that the person sitting nearby will become your future friend.

Step 1: Experience social apartment living at a property that is currently under construction!

Many of the participants in the preview before completion have no experience with social apartments.
Therefore, we will first show you around the property to give you an idea of what it is like to live in a social apartment.

We will explain in detail the rules for using the facility, the characteristics of the lifestyle, and the world view of social apartments that we value, while giving you a tour of the lounge, working space, water facilities, etc.
