Social Night Out, a major winter event, is coming again this year! ｜A Peek at Past Social Night Outs

Only two months left in this year..! Every year, I am overwhelmed by the fact that the year passes by in an instant. As the end of the year approaches, Social Apartment's annual winter event "SOCIAL NIGHT OUT" will come again this year!

Social Apartment holds two major events a year: SOCIAL SUMMER OUTING in the summer and SOCIAL NIGHT OUT in the winter. Residents from nearly 50 properties in the Kanto and Kansai areas gather to interact with each other beyond the boundaries of their properties.

SOCIAL NIGHT OUT," which was temporarily suspended due to the Corona disaster, made a full-fledged comeback in 2022 and ended the year with many participants! Here is a brief look at the past "SOCIAL NIGHT OUT" events!

In 2022, the event was called "FILM FESTIVAL" and was held at a venue in Daikanyama, Tokyo. 118 people from 45 properties participated in the event! To our surprise, a red carpet was rolled out at the venue, and the participants, all dressed up, showed us a splendid runway.

SA FILM FESTIVAL" was held at SOCIAL NIGHT OUT 2022 under the concept of "FILM FESTIVAL. We invited residents of all properties to express their "life in a social apartment" in the form of a photograph or a 15-second video in advance. The photos and videos collected ranged from depictions that looked like scenes from a movie to pop and humorous depictions of everyday life. The images were screened and the winners were voted by the participants on the day of the event!

Next, the "Best Dresser Award" was also held. Each participant was given a gold ribbon and asked to wear it on the arm of the person they thought wore it best. The person with the most ribbons from all those who glamorously decorated the venue was chosen to receive the "Best Dresser Award!

The event concluded with the announcement of the "SA AWARDS," property awards for the past year, and the following five properties were awarded out of nearly 50 properties. In addition, "Neighbors Gotanda" received the Jury's Special Award, and "Neighbors Kamikitazawa" received the SA of the Year trophy!

I participated in the fully revived "SOCIAL NIGHT OUT" alone! Some of the guests came alone, some came with friends from other properties, and some came with friends from other properties!

2023 SOCIAL NIGHT OUT ~100 THANKS

The next year, 2023, will be titled "100 THANKS" and will be held at two venues in the Kanto and Kansai regions. In Kanto, the first 100 people to arrive were invited to participate in the event, named after the number "100". In Kansai, participants came from all five properties, including Neighbors Esaka, which newly opened in October of the same year!

In 2022, we would like to express our gratitude to all the tenants who have chosen to live in a "social apartment" form of housing, and to say "Thank you! to all the residents who have chosen this form of housing, we scattered "100 Thank yous" throughout the venue. Under tables and chairs, between decorative balloons, at the bottom of welcome drinks, etc., etc., etc., small "THANK YOU" cards were hidden throughout the venue, and we prepared a variety of prizes for those who found them!

The game is a simple game where you exchange the cards you find for prizes, but the prizes range from Starbucks coffee, Sauna Hut and Amazon gift certificates to the more quirky "THANK YOU! to the rather quirky "Two Shots with the Representative (lol)" as a way of saying "Thank you! The audience was excited to find the hidden card before anyone else!

The prize for the card on the representative's back was a hotel ticket to stay at our hotel, GRAPHY Shibuya! A resident who casually noticed and called out to the representative, "There's something on it," won the prize without a second thought (laugh).

In addition to the prizes, the venue also featured some of the "100THANKS," in which residents expressed in words the "thank yous" they feel in their daily lives at Social Apartment. The "Thank yous" given to friends of the property who live and share their homes and lives at a comfortable distance from each other are not easily expressed in words on a daily basis, but many "Thank yous" were shared with us!

The dress code for this year's event was "Christmas colors. Some participants wore Santa hats! We hope you enjoyed the games and socializing with food and drinks in hand.
