ここのコミュニティは非常にゆるいので、自分の尺度で出入りが可能です。人と話したい時はラウンジへ、1人がいいときはさっさと部屋へ。自分の選択に対してあーだこーだ言う人はあんまり居なかった印象です。

Neighbors Miyamaedaira has really good facilities and they are always clean. I think its a very good space for people who want to get more creative. Considering all facilities are free to use anytime, such as the studio and the booth, I did not need to go out a lot. I can be either relaxing in the booth area or working in the studio.

とにかく管理会社さんがしっかり企業企業としてご対応頂ける。コロナなどイレギュラーな場合もなぁなぁにせすわ、オペレーション組んで対応だったりと、これまでのシェアハウス会社さんとは格が違う。また宮前平の物件はとにかく仲がよい。これからの人生に関わる友達もできる
