仲の良い友達を作ることも、一人でのんびり過ごすことも自由です。

冗談ではなくSAに入って人生が変わりました！入居中に人生のどん底を経験しましたが、みんなが助けてくれて、相談に乗ってくれて、本当に救われました。人生のパートナーもビジネスのパートナーも見つけて、これからが楽しみで仕方がないです！プライベートな空間もきちんとあるし、共有部も掃除もしなくていいし、寂しかったらすぐみんなと喋れるし、とっても快適で過ごしやすいのでオススメです。

Neighbors Miyamaedaira has really good facilities and they are always clean. I think its a very good space for people who want to get more creative. Considering all facilities are free to use anytime, such as the studio and the booth, I did not need to go out a lot. I can be either relaxing in the booth area or working in the studio.

大人の学生寮みたいな感じです（笑）もちろん何十人といて話さない人もいますが、気の合う仲間ができ色んなところにみんなで出かけたり悩んだことは相談したり、、一人暮らしの時とは比べ物にならないくらいの経験をさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました。

ここのコミュニティは非常にゆるいので、自分の尺度で出入りが可能です。人と話したい時はラウンジへ、1人がいいときはさっさと部屋へ。自分の選択に対してあーだこーだ言う人はあんまり居なかった印象です。

とにかく管理会社さんがしっかり企業企業としてご対応頂ける。コロナなどイレギュラーな場合もなぁなぁにせすわ、オペレーション組んで対応だったりと、これまでのシェアハウス会社さんとは格が違う。

また宮前平の物件はとにかく仲がよい。これからの人生に関わる友達もできる

It's far from the station but you're close to the river, the walk to Nakameguro is beautiful and you are in walking distance to three major stations (Ebisu, Meguro, Nakameguro)
