An 18 minute train ride away from Shibuya, our property in 「Saginuma」 is set to open.

May 2021, we are set to open the next installment of Social Apartment, in the convenient and charming suburb of Saginuma.

Saginuma station is an express stop station located on the Denentoshi Line, allowing commuters breezy access to the central suburbs of Tokyo such as Shibuya (18-minutes). The Denentoshi Line converts into the Hanzomon Line without transfer from Shibuya Station, meaning you can access not only the inner suburbs of Tokyo, but all the way to the east side of Tokyo. How about a weekend visit to Tokyo Sky Tree?

Just one transfer from Mizonokuchi Station gives you access to the Oimachi Line, giving you an easy ride to popular suburbs such as Jiyugaoka, Oimachi and Shinagawa.

Saginuma is a relaxed suburb with popular bakeries, restaurants, and cafes in close proximity to the station. We at Social Apartment are confident that the suburb is ready to charm you, making it a quick favorite place for you to call home.

With the advancement of communication technologies, the argument for a required workplace to commute to has started to lose its merit. Unlike some of our other properties that come with specific working spaces, every space at this property can be thought of as a place that can be utilized for work or study. Wi-Fi access is freely available in all communal facilities, as well as numerous desks and chairs for you to comfortably focus on your tasks at hand. For the sole purpose of work and study, Neighbors Saginuma outshines any other co-living facility in the industry right now.

【Dine＆Communicate】
At 120m² the main lounge is spacious and ready for any occasion that seems fit. Facilties within include a spacious kitchen counter where you can enjoy the pleasures of cooking or eating, restful sofas from where you can enjoy watching TV, a large dining table encouraging conversations and connections.

Power outlets have been placed in all seating areas, meaning you can easily work or browse the web while you are popping by for lunch. The main lounge is almost akin to a café in its design, optimized for both those that wish to relax or work.

【Concentrate＆Coffee break】
Designed as a space where you can focus solely on your work in peace and quiet, in this 60m² space we have provided the ever popular single-person seating spaces. On top of that, we have also added 2 phone booths that can be used as a working station, ideal for those that need a private space for an online meeting.

【Chill＆Relax】
A space that encourages fun, creativity, and the more relaxed aspects of working and study. With bleacher style seating that surround the room, you can relax among a group of friends and enjoy a movie, or get a light stretch on in between some laid-back working sessions.

The theme of Neighbors Saginuma is 「Gradient」. Seamlessly mixing the vivid colours of「Living」, 「Working」, and「Socializing」 you find that the differences between these lifestyle factors become less of a contrast, turning into one seamless gradient.
