Live in Social Apartment, get 15% OFF to any of our hotel in Japan!
With a portfolio specializing in community living and common spaces, our company (Global Agents) is a rising name among Japanese property developers.
Entering its thirteenth year of operations, we have expanded to an impressive portfolio of residential, restaurant, and hotel operations, with plans to expand even further into all these markets in the coming years, not only in Japan but with new overseas projects as well. As the bedrock of this portfolio, our company’s Social Apartment brand of co-living spaces has gained cult popularity through its focus on clean, stylishly designed common spaces that encourage resident interaction. With a running design philosophy of creating “gathering places,” our company looks to continue its expansion by focusing on spaces that facilitate dialogue, exchange, and the creation of microcosm communities within bustling urban environments.
In order for everyone to experience our true company’s motto and have a better understanding our different concepts, we have decided to offer a 15% discount for our different hotels to our tenants currently living in Social Apartment! You just need to mention your property name and room number when reserving for any of the below hotel:
HOTEL GRAPHY NEZU (TOKYO)
Our very first hotel in Tokyo. Former Social Apartment property, we converted the complex into a full hotel in 2014. The café on the first floor of the hotel, with its warm wooden design and spacious terrace, does not only serve delicious food from early in the morning, it is also a comfortable space with lots of natural light to read, work, or just hang out. At night, the café turns into a mellow bar offering a variety of domestic and globally popular drinks – many of which are available on the menu for the free drinks we offer to our hotel guests. You can have a chat with our international staff at the counter, mingle at the big group table, or enjoy a glass all by yourself.
A common lounge & kitchen is available on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with stoves, refrigerators, rice cookers, microwaves, an espresso machine, and all items and utensils you may need to make your own home-cooked meal away from home. The kitchen is available 24 hours a day. Enjoy your food in the dining area, or in the privacy of your own room.
Located on the fourth floor is our small beauty room, complete with make-up corner and massage chair. You can also find our laundry machines which are free of charge (detergent not provided).

ESTINATE HOTEL (OKINAWA)
Our next hotel is located on the heavenly island of Okinawa, southern Japan. Summer is all about spontaneous adventure and Estinate Hotel has been designed around exactly that concept. Instead of doing tons of advanced planning and sticking to a rigid itinerary, the hotel actively encourages guests to discover their travel plans through chats with staff, fellow travelers and locals. The stylish and open downstairs lounge — functioning as a reception, café, restaurant, bar and live event space — buzzes with families, couples, groups of friends and solo travelers swapping stories and recommendations.
The Estinate Hotel café/restaurant — open to locals, too — boasts a menu that’s the stuff of all our summer #foodporn fantasies. Head downstairs from your room on a sunny morning for their excellent breakfast, where you can watch the chef preparing real beauties. You can opt to include breakfast in your booking for ¥1,080, or pay as you eat. Drinks are free! The atmospheric outdoor terrace is available for an impromptu barbecue night and the chef will prepare everything so you can show off your grilling skills.

As soon as you enter the Lobby, you can see the unique design and this amazing front desk made with wooden logs. With the cottage/lodge theme that surround the whole hotel, up to your own bedroom, you are immersed in a warm & different world! People can stand by the fireplace in the lobby, while sipping on a delicious and complimentary homemade apple/cinnamon juice.
Enjoy your 25sqm room with queen bed and a comfy sofa suitable for single or two people (family room also available). The breakfast is also pretty unique! We serve to all of our guests homemade traditional Hokkaido Soup, directly in your room. Of course, you are free to eat it on the outdoor terrace or bar.
Located on the top floor, you’ll find our Ignis Bar. As soon as you step in, you can feel that this is just not your typical place. Besides the high design in the antique based interior, the roof-top terrace adjacent the bar is quite unique, with a place where you can start a camp fire and an outdoor theater. Did we mentioned that free wine, cocktails and soft drinks are served for FREE during the happy hour in the bar-lounge? Oh Yes!

UNWIND HOTEL & BAR OTARU (HOKKAIDO
We have brought the UNWIND HOTEL & BAR brand to the culturally rich city of Otaru, one of Hokkaido’s leading tourist destinations. We decided to revamp the former Etchuya Hotel, a local symbol and historical building constructed in 1931 that was the very first hotel dedicated to serving foreigners in Hokkaido after World War I. We have committed to preserving the hotel’s heritage and original facade while also giving the long-time vacant property a full interior renovation and offering guests a truly unique and refined experience. The hotel also offers brand-new facilities and services such as a stylish bar and a banquet hall that doubles as a restaurant with a lively “Happy Hour” featuring endless free wine.
