Neighbors Haneda, located a 13-minute walk from the nearest station, Kojiya Station on the Keikyu Kuko Line, will open at the end of March 2026.

The theme of this property, consisting of 60 households in total, is "WONDERLUST LIVING (living with a travel mind).
The concept is to incorporate the curiosity and enjoyment of discovery felt when traveling not as a special event, but as a natural part of daily life.

The design of the common areas is based on the motif of "travel," creating a calm and high quality space reminiscent of an airport membership lounge. We aim to create a place where you can switch your mood a little in your daily life.

Although Kojiya is located near the heart of the city, the atmosphere of the town is very laid-back. You can find all kinds of stores for daily necessities around the station.
