New project: "Neighbor's Telling," a resident talk variety show, is launched!
A chance to take a step forward. Neighbors Telling" project launched!
What kind of people actually live in social apartments? What are the relationships like in a social apartment? Have you ever wondered that?
You may be interested in it, but you may not have the courage to take the first step. Some of you may think, "Someday, if the timing is right..." but you may not actually be able to take the step.
In order to resolve such doubts, we regularly hold information sessions and individual consultation opportunities, but we think that we can convey Social Apartment more realistically if we can hear the stories of residents who actually live in Social Apartment.
We thought, "Wouldn't it be better to let the residents themselves tell their stories in their own words, so that we can get a more concrete image of what it is like?" With this idea in mind, we decided to launch a project. This project is to ask residents to tell their own stories, and to send out video clips of their stories. The name of this project is "Neighbors Telling.
By sharing the "appearance" and "voice" of the residents themselves as they talk about their real experiences, including both positive and negative aspects, rather than having someone else transcribe the text, the vague image of social apartments is made more tangible and realistic, and the hope is that it will "give you the courage to take the first step toward moving in. It is our hope that this video will help people to have the courage to take the first step toward moving in.
In this article, we would like to share with you just a little bit of what happened at the event before the video is released.

On the day of the photo shoot
We tried to create an environment where it was as easy as possible for people to talk about their true feelings. THE LIVELY HOTELS TOKYO Azabujuban, with its luxurious yet casual atmosphere, was rented out.
We provided authentic cocktails from a bartender who was a finalist in a cocktail competition, so that guests could enjoy conversation in a girls' night out-like atmosphere. We also prepared snacks to accompany the drinks.
Cameras and equipment were prepared just like in the show. Three cameras, stand lights, and pin microphones. Full-scale preparations were made.
On the other hand, to make the performers as relaxed as possible so that they would not be nervous, only one cameraman and one staff member who can respond to emergencies were deployed. The rest of the staff stood by in a separate room. The rest of the staff members stood by in a separate room, so they did not have direct knowledge of what conversations were actually taking place during the filming.
The two-and-a-half-hour women's meeting was a great success, as the participants engaged in frank and honest conversation. In the first half, they talked about the community and atmosphere of each property, the standard interactions, and the changes and lessons they felt after moving in. The specific episodes of how the common areas of the properties allowed the participants to get a glimpse into the personalities of the other tenants were very interesting and realistic.
In the latter half of the session, the content was taken even further.
The second half of the interview went even further, with questions such as, "What is a typical date course between tenants?
In a property with 00, is there a certain place that couples in a good mood always use?
If you had a partner in the community, would you make it public or keep it a secret? Or would you keep it a secret?"
What would you do if you witnessed a less-than-consensual relationship?"
The staff waiting in the other room couldn't help but grin as the sweet and sour love stories of social apartments kept popping up.
What about the scheduled release date?
