At Neighbors Yoga, we've designed three distinct themed common areas. These spaces are meant to maximize residents' creativity and interaction. By moving between them to suit the various scenes of your daily life, your experiences will build upon each other like layers. Opening in March 2026 in Yoga, a residential area beloved by all generations, boasting fantastic access—just a 15-minute, no-transfer train ride to Shibuya Station from Shibuya Station with no transfers.

■ Three Common Spaces for Different Purposes

The first-floor lounge is a living and dining space designed to foster interaction. It features a large dining table for enjoying meals with a group, a counter kitchen that allows for communication while cooking, and a large L-shaped couch in front of a big-screen TV where you can stretch out and relax. In addition to these spaces that enrich community life, there is also ample booth seating for smaller groups to use in a more relaxed setting.

On the second floor, you'll find a multipurpose room perfect for exercise, hobbies, or events. Equipped with a 4K high-definition projector, it can be used for a wide range of activities, from movie nights to workshops. Cushions stored in the walls can be brought out onto the floor, allowing you to freely arrange the layout to suit your needs. It is well-suited for modern work styles, featuring desk seats with ample spacing to enhance focus, as well as private booths for online meetings. With its own dedicated coffee counter, you can work as if you were in a café.

All 52 private rooms are equipped with their own toilet and washstand to ensure privacy and convenience. The simple and functional design, based on a white color scheme, is perfect for enjoying and creating an interior that reflects your personal style. ■ Convenient Access to the City Center and a Calm Daily Life
