Social Apartment is pretty popular among Japanese women, so all of our female staff felt the need to give some advice for our future female tenants. Find below our top 5, along with our own personalized comments for each of the property:
5) SOCIAL APARTMENT DENENCHOFU
This Social Apartment is located in a very luxury residential area along the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
The main point of this property is certainly its safe surrounding environment, with even a big park literally at your door step.
The park is so close, you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The surroundings are very quiet and calm. We deeply recommended it for people seeking a quiet & relaxing environment. There is a large veranda in the main lounge with a view of a small garden. You can just seat in the lounge and watch outside nature for hours! In winter, you can even see Mont Fuji from the rooftop terrace!
With only 27 rooms in total, it’s really easy to communicate and create deep connections with other tenants in this Social Apartment. It’s really like a small family, everybody cooks and eat together.

4) NEIGHBORS TACHIKAWA
This one is a no-brainer! You’ll find in the 1st floor of the building an on-site Cafe & Bakery called “Neighbors Brunch”. The cafe has been made in collaboration with “Bread, Espresso &“, a very famous bakery among Japanese women located in Omotesando! Starting with the “Mu”, a bread that has been selected as one of the top ten in Japan, a large variety of popular breads is laid out before you. You’ll also find various variety of Paninis and cakes there as part of our ALL DAY BRUNCH menu.
I personally recommend there Cafe Latte! Simply Delicious. Just thinking about being able to eat freshly baked bread everyday makes me happy. No needs to go outside, you can just enjoy a nice coffee at the cafe when your friends comes to visit you.
Thus, there are so many shops, malls and activity to do in Tachikawa, it’s like a small piece of paradise right at your door step for shopping lovers!

2) SOCIAL APARTMENT KOMAE
This property is very popular among career woman working in Shinjuku or Shibuya. You can easily access both place with the Odakyu Line in only a couple of minutes. But the true best point about this property is without any doubt its amazing community!
There are so many nice people living there, everybody is so friendly and welcoming. You truly feel at home when coming from work, everybody greets you with a warm smile. Even when I go on viewings there, people usually offer me a coffee or tea in the lounge, even if it’s the first time they see me.
Halloween and Christmas parties there are also the best I ever saw so far! Tenants living there put so much effort into all the decorations and the food during those events.
It’s truly one of the Social Apartments with the best atmosphere!

1) WORLD NEIGHBORS KIYOSUMI-SHIRAKAWA
For the first place, we selected the best Social Apartment you can brag about to your friends! This property is clearly above everything you ever saw so far!! Opened in March 2017, this property is our most coveted one so far and features so many different type of common areas. Your friends are really gonna envy you after visiting you while living there.
This Social Apartment is located right in front of the beautiful & large Kiba Park. The view is literally breathtaking from the rooftop terrace, or from your balcony if you are living on the West Side. Kiyosumi-Shirakawa is now the town spoken of as “coffee town” and is considered the best place for coffee in Tokyo by many people! In fact, this area has been featured quite often these days in Japanese coffee magazines and blogs due to its high concentration of coffee shops. This area is now a hub for coffee pilgrims and makes a nice location for a coffee walk.
