DYSON x Social Apartment: a new collaboration!

... That's our motto at Social Apartment (A.K.A. SA)!

Today, we our proud to announce our second collaboration with the new edge British technology company: DYSON. Offering this time the implementation of their brand new CSYS task lights in our Social Apartments.



Thanks to our first collaboration with Dyson, we had the chance to offer to our residents to experience the next generation of vacuum with the Dyson V6 Absolute available in the common area of some of our Social Apartments. A great chance for our tenants to use a new high-tech product, while making their daily life more comfortable by having the perfect tool to clean their room and common area.

This time, our residents can enjoy the latest desk light by Dyson.

Poor lighting can have adverse effects on our productivity. It can even affect our physical wellbeing, causing both eye strain and headaches. CSYS task lights don’t have this problem. They generate up to 648lx of warm, white light for the task at hand.

With a form inspired by construction cranes and drawing boards, the Jake Dyson CSYS Task Lamp is a compact and elegant alternative to bulky, hard-to-adjust desk lamps. Its unique adjustment mechanism allows for smooth positioning at three axes: up and down, back and forth and rotationally. Heat pipe technology extends the life of the included LED array to an amazing 160,000 hours (or 37+ years).

We've set-up those new lamps on our working lounges so people can enjoy them while studying or working. Those areas are equipped with free Wi-fi and outlets as well, so, if you’re looking for a comfy place to grab a coffee and get some work done, while avoiding the crowd and noise around you, this is where you want to be!

No wonder why those lamps are called "Task light", they also allow you to fully focus on your work and avoid all the bad effects of bad lighting.
