Both offers require you to attend a viewing within the campaign period and submit your application on the same day as your viewing.

What makes this campaign so great?

Normally, some properties don't offer any initial cost discounts, but during this period, all properties are available with no key money! Plus, for some properties, this campaign can even be combined with our free rent campaign, making your move even more affordable. Please check each property page for details.

You also have the flexibility to set your contract start date (rent commencement date). While it's usually around 2-3 weeks after your application date, this time you can extend it until September 1st at the latest. For some rooms, the earliest contract start date might be after September 2nd. Please inquire for more details.
