The shared facilities include a lounge, working lounge, fitness room, rooftop, and a special hidden bar lounge, making for a total of five public spaces.

【LOUNGE】150㎡ of Pure Luxury, Ready for Any Mood

Think of the lounge as your expanded living space, available 24 hours a day. It's designed to complement your private room, offering a vibrant hub for diverse activities. From enjoying meals and getting work done to watching movies, playing games, or simply having easygoing chats with neighbors, the choice is yours.

Picture this: you come home from work, step into the lounge, and a friendly "welcome back" instantly brightens your day, making you feel right at home in the community.

The space itself is thoughtfully designed to adapt to your mood, whether you crave some time alone or you're seeking interaction with your housemates. How you choose to utilize the space is entirely up to you!

Step into a kitchen where cooking becomes easy, equipped with a spacious countertop, an oversized sink, and a high-performance three-burner induction cooktop. The kitchen is designed so multiple people can cook at the same time with ample room for everyone.

We offer two versatile kitchen setups: an open counter kitchen where you can chat and cook with friends, or a more private, reserved kitchen perfect for those who want to simply cook and go about their day. The spacious lounge covers approximately 150 m² and includes a large dining table that seats 10 people. This is the perfect space to gather and interact. Further back, there are sofa seats where you can take off your shoes and relax, watching movies or playing games on the huge 85-inch TV.

Our working lounge offers two distinct spaces, separated by a walkway, so you can pick the perfect spot for your workday.

"THINK" is designed for deep focus. It's a quiet zone where you can concentrate without distractions, ideal for intense tasks or important online meetings. On the other side, "CHAT" is a more relaxed and luxurious space. Here, you can work comfortably from a sofa, play your favorite tunes through the built-in Bluetooth speaker, and even enjoy a coffee or a drink.

It's perfect for people who work completely remotely, people who work from home only a few days a week, and even people who do creative work such as music or video production as a hobby.

The "CHAT" space isn't just for work; each seat is designed to be extra spacious, allowing it to also serve as a comfortable second lounge. This means that on weekday evenings and weekends, when work is winding down, "CHAT" transforms. It becomes a cozy spot to enjoy coffee or a drink with a small group, or simply to read a book quietly, offering a different, more intimate atmosphere than the main lounge.

Descend the stairs and discover a true hideaway for adults: our bar. This special space embodies another layer of the property's "Detours" theme—it's the "night road" that emerges from dusk, leading you to a unique world just steps outside your everyday life.

This unique space, which you can only reach from the outside, was actually found by chance. When the developer was looking over the site, they came across this hidden spot and thought, "We have to use this!" As the sun sets, you'll walk down a path lit by outdoor lights and find a door. Step through, and a luxurious bar space opens up, feeling like your own private, secret base.

A distinctive feature of the space is the linear lighting that highlights the impressive, two-story high open ceiling.

This is a space designed for unwinding and enjoying the evening. Imagine sipping a quiet drink, cheering on your favorite soccer team with fellow residents, or losing yourself in music as you play your own records.

Open the door to the BAR lounge and head downstairs; you'll find a true hideaway bar. Behind the wooden counter, you'll see a tasteful display of records and bottles.
