Unlike typical apartment viewings held after completion, Social Apartments offer tours before construction is fully completed. During this event, we’ll guide you through a currently operating Social Apartment to explain the concept and lifestyle, then take you to the construction site of TERMINALS Shin-Osaka. (Rest assured, all tours are conducted with strict safety precautions.)

It’s a unique opportunity to imagine your new life while the space is still being created — that’s the charm of a pre-opening tour.
In the past, these events have drawn dozens of attendees, and popular rooms tend to get reserved right after the first tour.
