Social Apartment Oizumigakuen is located in a peaceful, green residential area, where you can enjoy beautiful cherry blossom trees in the spring. The common spaces include a spacious 90㎡ lounge, a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, and a garden where you can enjoy BBQs. Working lounge is providing a comfortable environment for remote work.

Oizumi-Gakuen is known as a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and characterized by flat streets with well-maintained sidewalks and avenues lined with trees from the station. The Seibu Ikebukuro Line provides easy access to major stations in central Tokyo, and in spring, residents can enjoy beautiful scenery decorated with rows of cherry blossom trees.

Social Apartment Oizumigakuen has a 90㎡ lounge, kitchen, and garden, with a variety of common areas where you can enjoy billiards, BBQ, and sunbathing. A working lounge is also available, making it easy to switch between work and private life.

The 1BR layouts are reasonably priced, with rent starting at 44,000 yen for a 2-year plan. Living in a quiet residential area with access to excellent common areas is very cost-effective and comfortable.
