The property is located right in front of the beautiful Kiba Park, a large 24 hectare park. It is divided into 2 blocks, north and south. In the northern part of the park, there are six tennis courts and an open sports/events section. The southern part is a large span of greenery with a flower garden, a cycling and an athletics track, and a barbecue area that needs prior reservation for use. This generally quiet area is now a hub for coffee pilgrims and makes a nice location for a coffee walk.

Easy access to both "Kiyosumi-Shirakawa" Station (Hanzomon Line, Oedo Line) and "Kiba" Station (Tozai Line), giving you access to all Central Tokyo and its famous spots in a blink of an eye. Asakusa, Akihabara, Ueno, Ginza, Tokyo... All those area are accessible in less than 15 minutes by subway. Ideal if you have a bicycle as you can even commute to work while cycling in the city.
