Social Apartment Oizumi-Gakuen is located in a lush, quiet residential area, where you can enjoy beautiful cherry blossom trees in the spring. In the approximately 90-square-meter lounge, residents can play video games together, gather around the dining table, or enjoy cooking in the kitchen equipped with the latest appliances. Furthermore, it is also possible to enjoy a BBQ on the garden terrace. A working lounge is also available, providing a comfortable remote work environment. With a 1-bedroom (1BR) layout for all units, the reasonable rent setting is also a major attraction.

Oizumi-Gakuen is known as a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and characterized by flat streets with well-maintained sidewalks and avenues lined with trees from the station. The Seibu Ikebukuro Line provides easy access to major stations in central Tokyo, and in spring, residents can enjoy beautiful scenery decorated with rows of cherry blossom trees.
