1人の時間と友達作り両方欲しい人には最適だと思います。周辺も治安が良くて、美味しいお店を探すのが楽しく住みやすい街でした。すぐ隣に建物がなく、部屋からの見晴らしも良いです。ハウスキーパーの方が週に何回か掃除してくれているので綺麗な共用部でした。インターホンが使えなかったので宅配便を受け取る際は宅配ボックスか直接受け取りというのが少し面倒でした。

If you are a foreigner and can’t speak Japanese. i recommend staying in SA. They have good English staffs that can help you in your needs while living in Japan. It can be tough if you maneuver by yourself.

SOCIAL APARTMENT HANAKOGANEI

I lived here for almost two years. I love to socialize and meet new people so this was a great place to start as I had just moved to japan and I did not know anyone here. I was lucky enough to meet friends from different backgrounds and age groups at SA. It's rare to have opportunities to live with people you may not have much in common with, this really helps to grow your knowledge on the kinds of people from various communities and perhaps making plans with activities you never thought you may do unless you met such people. I enjoyed cooking and I met a lot friends who did too so we would have dinner nights over movie where we would each prep meals and eat together. I am ofcourse going to be friends with people I have gotten close to here so memories here will be in my mind for a lifetime.

Regards to the SA apartment facilities alone, it was definitely convenient to move into an apartment where I did not have to setup anything myself. For someone who loves to cook, I loved the huge oven we had!
We also have a drier, not hanging clothes really saved time on house chores! Since cleaning of the main common area ( except you room ) was maintained byy SA, it was nice to always come home to a clean space. It's not like everyone uses the lounge /kitchen or work room area at the same time so there were times when I felt like I had the entire house to myself.
I recommend people to try SA, it's really nice :)
