Features of SOCIAL APARTMENT

There is no better way to understand the Japanese way of thinking and culture than to live with locals. With 80% of residents living in Social Apartments being Japanese nationals, foreigners and locals are able to learn new things from each other every day.

Balance SOCIAL and PRIVATE

Each resident has their own completely private room which can be accessed without passing through any of the public spaces, perfect for those days you want to be just by yourself. Of course, you are always welcome to go to the lounge whenever you want if you want to socialize with others.

Hotel-like kept facilities

Public spaces, including the shared toilet and shower areas are cleaned by house cleaners. These spaces are cleaned around 5 times a week to maintain a clean environment.

Neighborhood Relationships

The daily communication between residents, such as greetings and small talk, reduces neighborhood problems compared to a regular apartment, and because there are relationships where people can help each other when something happens, residents can live with peace of mind.

SOCIAL APARTMENT APP

Communication between residents and our management department can be done through our Social Apartment App. This feature allows you to have the flexibility to communicate with other residents not only in-person but also online.

Easy to move-in

Unlike a regular apartment, we have public spaces with furniture and appliances already equipped so you can move in with minimal belongings. On top of that, The whole move-in procedure from start to finish can all be done in English.

How Social Apartments Works

Private Space

Your room is a completely private space. You have the choice to decide on the layout that suits you best, ranging from 1K layouts (a kitchen and toilet/shower attached to the room) to 1BR layouts (just a room), where you use the shared kitchen and toilets/showers areas.

Public Space

Designers lounges that cannot be found if you rent a regular apartment. Various communities are naturally created in these spaces where people gather. You can use the public spaces 24/7 without reservation.

COST

A low initial cost is one of the features of Social Apartment.
There is no broker's fee that is usually charged when moving into a typical rental apartment.

01Application Review

If you find a room you want to live in, you can apply on the day of viewing. Please have your ID ready.

02Application Review

We will proceed with the application review with the submitted information.

03Initial Costs Payment

Invoice would be issued when the room is ready.

04Contract Signature

You can digitally sign your contract after you complete the initial cost payment.

05Key Pick-ups

You can pick up your room keys at our office.

Move-in

You will only be allowed to move in your new room from your contract start date. Settle into your new & exciting life as a valuable member of the Social Apartment community!
