きっちり細かいところが気になる方は向かないです。

概ね綺麗だし、共用部の掃除もありますが、常に掃除してくれるわけではないので、キッチン、シャワールームなど使用後他人がどう使ってその後綺麗にされてなくても気にならない方がむいてます。
