スーパーが近隣に１件しかないこと、夜営業している飲食店が少ないこと以外は、アクセスや治安が良く、静かで暮らしやすいと思います。部屋の内装はシンプルで過ごしやすく、隣室との防音もしっかりしています。部屋にトイレとシャワー室があるのも便利です。共用部のラウンジも清潔感があり、大体の物は揃っています。お風呂とランドリーはたまに混雑する時間がありますが、おおむね自分が使いたい時間に使用できました。私はアパートの周辺に住んでいる友達や恋人と交流するためにこちらを選んだため、SA内部の方との交流にさほど興味を持てなかったのですが、そうでない方でしたら中で友達ができるので楽しいと思います。

I had an amazing time at SA Wako, the community was amazing, very friendly and whilst there are many Japanese - almost all of them can speak English, or willing to try and is very nice in helping the foreigners tenants who try to learn Japanese. The room was adequate with private bathroom and kitchen but still have an amazing shared space. People come and cook together, many events that made connecting with other people easy. I would recommend SA Wako to everyone - only that it’s far walk to the station and could be bothersome during Summer.
