タイミングにもよりますが、比較的住んでいる年齢層が近く、和光の住人は気さくな方が多かったので新参者でも打ち解けやすくしてくださり、たくさん良い思い出ができました！イベントをしたりみんなで旅行したりと、社会人になってから仕事や価値観も違う人たちと密な交流ができるとてもいい機会だなと思いました。一度は住んでみることをお勧めします！

イベントの時以外、滅多にラウンジに顔を出さなかったですが、たまに会うと一緒にご飯食べようと声をかけてくれたり、それぞれのプライベートでやっている活動（ダンスや演劇など）を互いに見に行ったりという交流ができたのがよかったです。
虫が出た時も助け合ったり、カードキーを忘れた時は誰かが開けてくれたり、何か起きた時もいち早く情報交換ができたので安心感がありました。がっつりコミュニティを楽しみたい人でも、こっそり安心して暮らしたい人でも、その人次第でいろんなライフスタイルに合わせることができると思います。

I had an amazing time at SA Wako, the community was amazing, very friendly and whilst there are many Japanese - almost all of them can speak English, or willing to try and is very nice in helping the foreigners tenants who try to learn Japanese. The room was adequate with private bathroom and kitchen but still have an amazing shared space. People come and cook together, many events that made connecting with other people easy. I would recommend SA Wako to everyone - only that it’s far walk to the station and could be bothersome during Summer.

迷ったら住んで見れば良いと思います笑
自分は『独身のうちにしか絶対住めないとこ』と興味本位で入りましたが、
住んでみて本当に良かったなと感じます。特に住んでた狛江は周辺環境も落ち着いてますし、
共有部に行かなくても専有部分に帰れますから普通の一人暮らしを送ろうと思えば送れます。
みんなと触れ合いたければラウンジに行けば良いので、
気軽に住むことが出来ました！
迷ってるんだったら住んでみて欲しい！
